why else would someone sing a song that has nothing to do with them, but is a hot topic? for attention and popularity.
I’m sorry, whether you like Gaga or not is besides the point, this is everything that is wrong with the Gay community. We shun our allies that support us, along with everyone who doesn’t fit in to the category of gay or lesbian. Then we complain about how people dislike us. Gaga is bisexual, but that doesn’t matter. More and more, the community is becoming about being either gay or a lesbian. Trans, bi, straight supporters, pan, none of that matters to people like him. It’s sick, we’re supposed to be the outcasts, we’re supposed to band together, but instead we’re becoming cliquey and worse than those who tormented us. We were the kids that were excluded, so our solution to that is to grow into adults that exclude others. Ridiculous. The LGBTQ community is starting to become a group that I want no part of, simply because it’s starting to just feel like LG. I may fit into that grouping, but I don’t want to be part of a group of haughty excluders. I want to be part of a group where everyone can get along, be friends and love whoever they want, that’s what LGBTQ means to me. It’s not a matter of sexual orientation, it’s just a safe place where all us outsiders can merge together and feel wanted. I don’t want to be part of a group of former victims, that now bully and exclude others, just because they can.
